Housing at Railroad Square
The continuing controversy over Railroad Square development is mostly about the allocation of the limited space right next to the tracks, which is owned by SMART. Housing and tourist attractions (e.g. Food and Wine Center) are in contention. Neither side is saying that both uses shouldn't be there, but rather, how much.
